Returns & Refunds

Online Returns

(See below for in-store returns.)

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of full price, online purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and has the original tag attached.


To initiate your online return, complete the following steps:

1) Send an email to sales@boutiquew.co and include the following information: 

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return/exchange

2) You will then receive a Return Authorization Number from us via email. Please note, requests made over the weekend will be addressed the next business day. Once you have this number, please send the item to be returned/exchanged to:

NOTE: Please be sure to write the RA# on the outside of your package. Any item returned without an RA# will not be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note, should your order have been eligible for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you have made an unauthorized return(no RA# was issued) you will be partially refunded with a 15% restocking fee.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3) Once an returned item is received your refund/exchange will be processed within 3 business days.


Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note we may send you an invoice to cover the cost of shipping in the event of an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@boutiquew.co.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items(including items on promotion) cannot be refunded under any conditions.

In-Store Returns

In store returns are given a store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • be in the original packaging
  • have all tags attached to items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
