We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges of full-price online purchases within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.
Please inspect your order within 5 days of delivery. If damages are not reported within that timeframe, we cannot be held responsible.
⚠️ All sale and promotional items are final sale. No exceptions.
⚠️ Magnolia Pearl merchandise is also final sale—no returns or exchanges.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at sales@boutiquew.co with:   
- 
We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) Number. (Requests made over weekends will be handled on the next business day.) 
- 
Ship the item to:

Shipping Costs
- 
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
- 
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, that shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 
- 
Unauthorized returns (without an RA#) will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. 
- 
For items valued at $75+, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your return. 
Refunds & Exchanges
- 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund or exchange has been approved. 
- 
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. 
- 
Exchanges may require an additional shipping fee, which will be invoiced before sending your replacement item. 
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- 
Double-check your bank account. 
- 
Contact your bank or credit card company, as posting times can vary. 
- 
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@boutiquew.co. 
In-Store Returns
In store returns are given a store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- be purchased at full price
- be in the original packaging
- have all tags attached to items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
